Execution time
The work included platform grading (10,000 m³), civil works for foundations and structures (2,200 m³ of concrete, 385 tons of steel), low-voltage electrical, plumbing, storm drain and gas installations, stone finishes, cement-sand plastering, stucco, plaster and drywall with level-5 finish, waterproofing of wet areas, and 2-, 3- and 4-slope pitched roofs clad in tile. It also included firepits, travertine marble and quarry-stone flooring, quarry-stone moldings, decorative elements (oxeye windows and gargoyles), stone/quarry/marble sealing, painting, ironwork and carpentry — along with subcontracted air conditioning, glazing, interior carpentry, aluminum ironwork, medium-voltage works and landscaping.

Complete electromechanical installation for an industrial laundry facility serving hotels: receiving and rigging of Combotex machines, plumbing and electrical piping, and equipment start-up.
150 kV Emergency Generator — Villa 401
Villas del Mar, Palmilla. Civil and induced works, rigging and replacement of an existing generator, concrete base, electrical control cabinet, supply and installation.
Palmilla Dunes Infrastructure
Electrical (medium and low voltage) and plumbing infrastructure installation for Palmilla Dunes: trenching and drainage piping, cisterns, concrete manholes, and slab framing with embedded utilities.
100 kV Emergency Generator
LAVAMCO laundry. Civil and induced works, ironwork, supply and installation, on-site rigging.
